Linde notes the increased need for electric pallet trucks to move products from suppliers to shelves and touts the MT18 as a lightweight, easy-to-use lithium-ion option.

The new model has a load capacity of 4,000 lb. (1,800 kg) and is tailored for light- to medium-duty operations. It includes an ergonomic control handle which minimises operator fatigue.

A long, low-mounted tiller head with a vertical tiller arm, including twin grip steering, improves manoeuvrability in confined spaces and ensures precise and comfortable handling.

“Customers in the fulfillment industries have been asking for a walkie designed to meet their hassle-free needs. This includes highly manoeuvrable equipment, involving worry-free charging, and backed by a brand and service network that they can trust,” says Mick McCormick, director of product and project engineering.

“Linde Material Handling listened closely and has delivered the answer to their needs. With an attractive price, quick delivery, and ‘no-worries’ charging, the Linde MT18 electric pallet truck delivers what distribution companies need.”

The Linde MT18 electric pallet truck is powered by a 48V / 30Ah lithium-ion battery with a run time of up to three hours and is quick charging.

“This powered hand truck solves the dock and delivery challenges the distribution industry has faced,” McCormick notes.
